The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of medical imaging and radiation oncology through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards, and strategies to ensure the workforce is sufficient to support population needs in Australia and New Zealand.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and tenacious Senior Administrator with solid events experience to join a thriving team and manage all administrative support associated with event management, advertising, operations, logistics and marketing activities of key events within the College's calendar.

You will handle internal and external stakeholder relationships, manage communications between all relevant parties, as well as gathering and entering data into relevant databases. You will produce reports and meeting documents to reflect progress, and ensure processes run smoothly. This role has certain key account management responsibilities, and you will be responsible for promoting some of the College’s publications and journals to prospective advertisers.

You will be an exceptional communicator, have finely tuned organisational skills, and be able to engage stakeholders of all levels. You are known for your attention to detail and collaboration. As there are some sales aspects to this role, relevant experience in sales support would be advantageous. The successful applicant will be offered a two-year contract, with a view for longer term options.
