The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of medical imaging and radiation oncology through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards, and strategies to ensure the workforce is sufficient to support population needs in Australia and New Zealand.

The Project Officer, Trainee e-Portfolio Support will play a vital role within the College’s Specialty Training Unit. In this role you will manage a broad range of activities which support the development and maintenance of a Trainee e-Portfolio System across both our faculties training programs.

Reporting directly to the Senior Project Officer, Trainee Progression, you will work closely with peers within the College such as IT, as well as a varied group of external stakeholders including clinicians. You will be a highly efficient collaborator and pride yourself on your attention to detail. To succeed in this role, it is essential to have problem-solving skills, capabilities across data migration projects for system migration and to have worked with a trainee/student management system or a similar system previously, as well as possessing exceptional organisational skills.
