The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of radiology medical services through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards; and strategies to ensure the workforce is enough to support population need in Australian and New Zealand.

The Executive Officer, Faculty of Radiation Oncology is an integral role within the College and is responsible for providing leadership and guidance on radiation oncology across a wealth of complex stakeholder relationships as well as management of policy, projects and governance. Collaborating internally with colleagues as well as the Dean, various clinicians and committees and oncology groups you will implement the strategic planning priorities of the Board and Faculty Council, coordinate key meetings and reporting, be an adept and proactive problem solver in stakeholder matters and further build and nurture key relationships with key oncology groups (Australia and NZ).

You will report directly to the Senior Executive Officer and work closely and collaboratively with peers within the Policy and Advocacy Unit. To succeed in this role, it is essential to have a passion and desire to build and maintain successful multi-faceted relationships, a focus on advancing Faculty priorities by leading the development of key projects and papers, as well as working to meet strategic priorities and operational objectives.

You will foster internal relationships across other units of the College to maintain a collaborative approach. With a proven track record in a consensus-building environment, delivering policy, projects and governance, as well as exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, you will thrive in a fast paced, and agile environment.
