The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (the College) is the peak body for advancing patient care and clinical excellence in clinical radiology and radiation oncology. The College is responsible for driving appropriate, high quality and safe use of medical imaging and radiation oncology through training, assessment and accreditation of radiologists and radiation oncologists, maintenance of quality and standards, and strategies to ensure the workforce is sufficient to support population needs in Australia and New Zealand. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join the team and manage our reception function as well as providing broad administrative support across the College.

In this role you will work across the College to ensure efficient operations of the office (currently virtual, with a return to our CBD offices planned in January 2021) whilst providing the highest level of customer service to members and other stakeholders. You will handle a range of enquiries and be the first point of contact for incoming communication. You will be responsible for taking calls, handling mail and emails, as well as composing and editing documents. You will collaborate with other staff to organise meetings and events (including travel), maintain systems and manage staff inductions.  

You are highly organised and an efficient communicator with experience in a reception focused role. You possess a high level of skill in managing databases / CRM systems, as well as Microsoft 365 applications. As a motivated self-starter you thrive in a team oriented, fast paced environment. The successful applicant will be offered a two-year contract, with a view for longer term options.
