Healthy relationships are crucial for well-being and our quality of life. Demand is increasing for Practitioners to support people rebuild healthy relationships. To meet this demand RANSW offers the Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling and Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.

About the opportunity:

We are building our pool of trainers to deliver our Graduate Diploma programs. Initially you will shadow our Lead Trainer to learn the course content and facilitation style building to co-facilitating training (online and face to face). For our next intake you will be delivering training and assessment during course intensives.

Who we are looking for?

This is a casual role mainly during office hours but occasionally working outside of standard office hours (i.e. after 5pm and on Saturdays) when training is delivered. Training calendars are organised several months prior to course start so you can plan your diary well in advance.
You will have:

• Post graduate qualifications in Mediation, NMAS accreditation and Attorney General FDRP accreditation
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment,TAE40116 or equivalent
• Demonstrated skills in working with couples or families in clinical setting;
• Ability to facilitate training and tailor it to student needs;
• Technically savvy to deliver training virtually and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
