Relationships Australia NSW provide the opportunity for post graduate students to gain work experience in clinically supervised sessions. If you’re an experienced Supervising Couple and Family Counsellor who is passionate about training and coaching, we would love you to join our training team.

The opportunity:

You will coordinate the student clinics in Sydney city centre, Macquarie Park and Parramatta by liaising with RANSW Client Services, clinic students and the RANSW Learning team. You will upload case notes into our CRM to ensure data integrity for the clients.

You will supervise small teams of qualified Counsellors specialising in couple and family therapy in Relationships Australia NSW centres in Sydney metro area.

Details:

• The clinics run weekdays 4 pm-8 pm 40 weeks per year with Saturdays also an option.
• Casual role; 10-20 hours per week.
• Casual rate for workplace clinical practicum supervision is $95 per hour.

About you

It is essential that you have

• Post- graduate qualifications in couple and family therapy
• Considerable experience as a Couple and Family Counsellor
• Demonstrated clinical supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to run up to four clinics for 8-16 students.

Ideally you will also have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or interest in delivering other clinical training programs for RANSW
