Our therapeutic and educational group programs provide include face to face and online courses to increase the wellbeing of individuals, couples and families. This includes relationships skills training, family violence education and targeted early intervention programs.

Your new role

You'll manage the operational delivery of our group programs, working closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency & resources, ensuring programs are effectively and efficiently planned and in line with client requirements and demand.

You will contribute to program quality, ensuring programs are innovative, culturally appropriate and optimised for digital delivery.

You'll also partner with our Centre Manager’s to coordinate face to face group delivery in line with funding requirements, building capacity in staff and centralise functions in a new operating model.

The details

  • Newly created 2 year contract due to increased service demand
  • Part time (4 days) or full time position based in Macquarie Park
  • $103k - $107k + super + salary packaging pro-rata

About you

As an experience Manager in Community or Human Services, you will have:

  • Strong management skills; service improvement and stakeholder management
  • Experience in/exposure to group education programs ideally in an Operations Leadership role
  • Outstanding people leadership; proven ability to build and develop an engaged, high performing team
  • Well-developed capacity to interrogate data and develop strategies to address identified issues
  • Commitment to excellence and high quality appropriate service delivery
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving, decision making and manage balancing priorities
