We have an exciting opportunity to lead our Practice, Quality and Innovation team and help ensure the delivery and extension of a suite of high-quality services in mental health. Reporting to the General Manager, Customer Experience, you’ll provide leadership and expertise in service delivery standards, relating specifically to clinical performance, outcomes, and evaluation. You’ll ensure that our services and products are best in class, compliant with contracts, meet business goals and respond to the needs of the communities we serve, now and into the future.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and drive a culture of service and product excellence to deliver positive customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies and frameworks that enable clinical excellence, competency development, workforce support and development, and inspire practice innovation and improvement across all areas of service delivery
  • Lead, direct and support the Program team and Practice Specialists
  • Lead practice quality reviews to deliver improvements in clinical practice, service delivery and customer experience outcomes
  • Contribute to thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders through media, conference presentations, publications and speaking engagements
  • Ensure that services and products are developed and improved on the basis of available evidence, and are evaluated in line with funding requirements and best practice

What you’ll bring

  • Strong leadership experience and demonstrated competence, preferably in Family Law/Services, Human Services, or the Mental Health Sector
  • High level of clinical knowledge and skills in relation to best-practice mental health service provision
  • Extensive experience in and demonstrated knowledge of clinical governance development, delivery and monitoring processes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to implement new policies and procedures
  • A strong continuous improvement focus and an ability to be an innovative changemaker
