What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for client phone calls, online queries and emails
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all client interactions
  • Maintain client-related data collection and ensure record systems are compliant with organisational standards
  • Manage phone bookings, email and online queries efficiently

What you'll bring

  • A minimum 5 years experience in administration and customer service
  • Experience working in a call centre or contact centre is highly desirable
  • Experience within NFP and/or support services is preferable
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to multi-task and work in a high pressured environment
  • Strong computer skills; experienced in MS Office and using a CRM system, ideally Penelope

Details

  • Circa $65,00 base salary + super + salary packaging benefits
  • Full time contract until 30/6/22 with possibility to extend
  • Offer a hybrid working model
  • Based at Macquarie Park
