Your new role

As a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator you will enable the Business Development and Brand, Marketing & Communications teams to deliver for the organisation and clients, by providing effective administration support, systems/data management and client service to internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Other duties include:

  • Responsible for the overall coordination of administrative services for the EAP Workplace Services program (Corporate Services) and Radiant.
  • Act as the primary contact for RANSW centres, Radiant practitioners and corporate services including managing any associated mailboxes.
  • Manage website updates across RANSW and Radiant.
  • Ensure invoicing and payment processes occur efficiently and consistently.
  • Manage and organise reporting to customers in line with EAP contractual obligations as well as all required internal reporting.
  • Maintain media contact and register management including assisting the Brand, Marketing & Communications team with media liaison.
  • Coordinate and manage the design and print production of marketing collateral and merchandise.
  • Work closely with and support other team members providing the relevant resources and support when requested.

About you

To flourish in this role you will have:

  • Approx. 2+ years in administration, marketing coordination or customer service.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or a sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage several different components of the role.
  • Experience within the digital space, ideally in product management, sales, or marketing.
  • Great eye for design.
  • Strong attention to detail around systems, data, processes, and reporting.
  • Client-centric approach: Act as client advocate with strong understanding of internal and external clients’ needs.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Building relationships: strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
