Relationships Australia offer services in various locations around Australia that includes counselling, family dispute resolution (mediation) and a range of family and community support and education programs, primarily funded by Federal, State and Territory Governments. Relationships Australia Canberra & Region (RACR) is one of the eight state and territory organisations that comprise the Relationships Australia Federation.

Therapeutic services refer to any counselling, relationship education, and specialised family violence programs delivered by Relationships Australia Canberra & Region. It also refers to any outreach, group work, casework or project that operates as a therapeutic service or any therapeutic work undertaken by the RACR Dhunlung Yarra Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Service.
This is an ongoing position available on full time basis, based in Deakin, ACT.

The salary on offer is in the range of $89,867.92 to 93,893.21 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.
According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
