JOB SUMMARY

• (Work Life-Balance) – Based in Morwell with flexible working arrangements including some working from home
• (Job Security) – 1EFT, full time, ongoing
• Salary – SCHADS Award Level 7 ($97,800)

Lead, motivate and assess performance of a dynamic team of employees specialising in homelessness.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• To provide Leadership, supervision and support to the Homelessness Response team.
• Coordinate and oversee the numerous program areas, manage staff caseloads and undertaking administration and reporting functions for all programs ensuring deadlines are met.
• Participate in the implementation, evaluation and monitoring of the program's service delivery requirements and contribute to program planning.
• Maintain the morale of the program area and encourage a positive team building approach to service delivery.
• Lead monthly team meetings and represent agency at external meetings.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience in Leadership including the capacity to lead and support staff across numerous program areas
• Demonstrated ability to implement, monitor and evaluate services
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence/WWC/Police Check
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications appropriate to the field
