About the role:

You will have the opportunity to support Young People who are homeless by providing them with safe and secure emergency accommodation and support through case planning. You will provide holistic case management support services to youth entering the service. This role also ensures young people have information and assistance in obtaining alternative secure and affordable accommodation; are made aware of all the options available to them including family reconciliation, education, training and employment.

About you:

Are you motivated, enthusiastic with great communication skills, can you empower and encourage youth to address areas of personal difficulty and consider options for the development of personal wellbeing. To be successful in the role you will also have an appropriate tertiary qualification (Diploma or above) and extensive experience relevant to this position.
