JOB SUMMARY

• (Work Life-Balance) – Based in Morwell with flexible working arrangements including some working from home
• (Job Security) – 0.8EFT, program ending 30th June 2021 extension pending funding
• Salary – SCHADS Award Level 5 ($82,000 P/A )

Prevent or end homelessness and housing crisis in this specialist role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide rapid rehousing of people capable of sustaining private rental initial support

• Support at risk households to sustain affordable and appropriate housing in the private rental market
• Assist people who currently live in crisis, transitional or social housing to become independent in the private rental market

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Sound knowledge of the private rental market in Gippsland
• Business development & professional relationship experience engaging key stakeholders
• Demonstrated understanding of the ‘Residential Tenancies Act’
• Well-developed organisational skills, including report writing and record keeping skills
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence/WWC/Police Check
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications appropriate to the field
