A dynamic role that focuses on and coordinates the recruitment, training and assessment of prospective foster carers. You will also have the opportunity to focus on retention strategies to support and guide current Foster Carers and contribute to the broader team providing Home Based Care placement services in the Gippsland area. This includes participation on the afterhours on call service.
Are you enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal communication skills and want to make a difference for children and young people in Foster Care in Gippsland? We are looking for an individual that is comfortable facilitating groups/training will utilise a range of strategies to advertise for the recruitment of new Foster Carers as well as has a passion for working with and supporting children and young people.
