Do you have international programs experience and an interest to work with a small NGO? There is a part-time vacancy at Quaker Service Australia (QSA) for a Project Manager based in our Sydney office. The role will be managing our projects in Cambodia.

About QSA

QSA is the overseas aid and development organisation of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in Australia. Its role is to channel the concern of Australian Quakers for the building of a more peaceful, just and compassionate world. QSA manages a range of development programs in Australia and overseas, assisting rural communities with poverty alleviation, food and water security. We are committed to a strong focus on child protection, human rights, environmental sustainability and gender equality.

The role

The successful candidate for this position will work as part of a small team in the QSA office to manage and monitor existing ANCP-funded projects, working with project partners to comply with all reporting and donor requirements, and helping to develop new projects in the future.

Relevant experience in an international development context is essential. A tertiary degree in a related field will be an advantage. The successful applicant will be expected to have good communication skills and to develop material for publication in Quaker newsletters and online about the projects and thematic areas.

This is a 2 day per week position and will be based in Sydney.
