Clinical Supervisor

Queensland Program of Assistance to Survivors of Torture and Trauma

Putting refugee survivors of torture and trauma first guides everything that we do at QPASTT.

We value kindness and dignity and we believe in positive futures. We don’t give up because we understand that healing requires time, patience and courage for individuals, families and communities. We believe that recovery from trauma is about justice and we strive to build opportunities so that survivors of torture and trauma can thrive and belong in our community.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about supporting staff who assist individuals, families and communities to recover from trauma. You will have a depth of understanding of the complexities of trauma recovery work in order to compassionately respond and foster a safe environment for staff to be supported.

What can we offer you?

When you join QPASTT, you are getting more than just a job! You are gaining the opportunity to be at the heart of an organisation which believes that healing is a human right.

You will be working with a group of people who really care about recovery from torture and trauma and want people from a refugee background to have the best opportunity to fully establish their life in Australia.
