  • Salary Rates: $63,728 - $69,731 per annum

Duties/Abilities

Take your career in conservation further - join one of our teams across the Northern Queensland National Parks, and enjoy working in the far tropical North where each unique landscape is your office!  You'll love the diversity, flexibility, and autonomy here. You will co-ordinate the planning and delivery of fire management activities on QPWS managed areas, and your work will be varied, stimulating, and your office view will be stunning! 

You'll form invaluable professional relationships with Traditional Owners, various commonwealth and state agencies and stakeholders. You'll also create a positive, safe, diverse, and inclusive culture.  Together, we achieve more. About you:

  • Your life skills and practical knowledge associated with working safely, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and promoting conservation land management strategies will help build your success in this role
