Pure Finance

At Pure Finance, we are a Sydney-based mortgage and loan advisory, but we like to do things a little differently. We are a certified B Corp and believe that a financial services company can (and should) exist to benefit its clients, community, and the planet. No suit, no worries. But enough about us, let’s talk about you…


  • Help people to navigate and achieve their financial goals such as buying a property, starting a business, or buying a car. This includes supporting a client from initial enquiry stage all the way through to the day they achieve the purchase
  • Analyse client’s financial information in order to understand their goals and needs, and provide tailored financial proposals (don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything!)
  • Prepare easy to understand, jargon-free finance solutions for our clients to help them make informed financial decisions
  • Help clients over the phone or via email with their queries
  • Assist existing clients with reviews, maintenance, and adjustments to their loan facilities
  • Contribute to the team internally by way of sharing ideas and suggestions on how we can continually improve our service and processes


  • Be based in Sydney
  • Be prepared to study a Certificate in Finance and Mortgage Broking (at work, we’ll cover this)
  • Have very strong written and verbal communication skills, (including the ability to distil and clearly explain concepts in a jargon-heavy industry)
  • Be able to attend our office in Surry Hills for the duration of the 6-month probationary period, with opportunity for more flexible working arrangements available after this period
  • Be comfortable completing a range of basic calculations (calculator provided!)
  • Be a whiz with the details and incredibly organised at managing multiple priorities
  • Be discerning and able to keep client information confidential
  • Be energetic and willing to try their hand at anything
  • Be passionate about equality, justice and making finance a force for good
  • Have some innovative ideas about how we can make Pure Finance even better
  • Be able to problem solve efficiently and willing to lend a hand wherever needed
  • Be happy to help out wherever needed, and not just look after their ‘patch’


  • Have experience volunteering or contributing to community projects
  • Have experience in customer service and community management
  • Have experience using CRMs and maintaining client records


This is a full-time (38 hours per week) role.
