You will manage and grow existing accounts and have an eye to developing and converting new business opportunities.

You will have the ability to develop client partnerships, with a strong emphasis on relationship management skills and business acumen. You will work hand-in-hand with our Account Directors to manage day-to-day projects for a broad range of clients. The work will include everything from brand development, publications and advertising through to digital advertising and websites.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INITIALLY INCLUDE:

  • Building clients relationships by nurturing, identifying and creating business opportunities
  • Quoting and managing budgets
  • Setting and managing deadlines
  • Briefing and coordinating jobs
  • Liaising with clients
  • Production management – print and digital
  • Working within a team to develop strategy and creative.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an agency Account Service role
  • Proven business growth capabilities
  • A comprehensive understanding of print production and demonstrated experience in managing a variety of print-based projects
  • A passion for digital communications, and experience working across a range of digital mediums
  • Experience working with clients in the government, industrial and not-for-profit sectors (desirable, but not essential)
  • An understanding of and an interest in social and political issues (desirable, but not essential).

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
