Role purpose

This position reports to the HCP Coordinator and provides customer service and administrative support functions for the PRONIA Home Care Packages Program. You will attend to PRONIA HCP client enquiries and administrative tasks including liaising with HCP Coordinator, Case Managers and suppliers in relation to PRONIA HCP program and its clients.

Key selection criteria

Technical expertise

  • Experience in administration duties no less than 2 years
  • Fluency in Greek and English language
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and packages such as Word, Excel (Intermediate Level Mandatory and Advanced preferred) Access, Internet and E-mail
  • Knowledge of  client specific software applications including but not limited to TCM highly desired
  • Understanding and or willingness to train in use of My Aged Care (MAC) Provider Portal and Medicare Online Claiming Portal

Knowledge and skills

  • Knowledge and experience in operating telephone commander system
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop, implement and evaluate systems
  • Understand, respond and resolve customer enquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
