PAC Thornleigh is located in the lush green suburbs of the Hills District, offering lovely district views from multiple levels. The 67 bed facility has recently been extensively renovated and refurbished. It offers the latest aged care features and technology, ensuring residents receive the very best care available, in brand new, interior-designed surroundings..

About the role

As our Facility Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to drive improvement and care of our Thornleigh Aged Care Facility. You will ensure that the facility has the capacity, culture and environment needed to promote and enhance the wellbeing of our residents. Not only will you manage your team, you will be responsible for financial management, compliance, training, operational processes, and resident care needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong passion for making a difference in the lives of others. 
  • Management and leadership experience in a health or aged care setting.
  • Experience in ensuring adherence with standards and compliance
  • Experience in self direction and team work
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and the delivery of a high standard of customer service
  • Registered Nurse (APHRA) 
  • Tertiary qualifications in management or relevant and demonstrated management experience (desirable)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aged care (desirable)
  • Understanding of and Adherence to the values of PAC
