The 67 bed facility has recently been extensively renovated and refurbished. As our Facility Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to drive improvement and care of our Thornleigh Aged Care Facility. You will ensure that the facility has the capacity, culture and environment needed to promote and enhance the wellbeing of our residents. Not only will you manage your team, you will be responsible for financial management, compliance, training, operational processes, and resident care needs.
