As our Facility Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to drive improvement and care of our Ashfield Aged Care Facility. You will ensure that the facility has the capacity, culture and environment needed to promote and enhance the wellbeing of our residents. Not only will you manage your team, you will be responsible for financial management, compliance, training, operational processes, and resident care needs. You will be supported by a strong management and quality team, and have opportunity to contribute to PACs mission of care and accommodation inspired by the life and teaching of the Lord Jesus Christ.
