About the Role:

People are the heart of everything we do. As our Care Service Employee, you will enhance the well-being of our residents by supporting them with a range of daily life activities. When providing direct support and personal care, you take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on a person-centred approach. This role will also engage your social side as you build strong and positive relationships with our residents.

• This role is based at our Paddington Facility.

About You:

You are driven by compassion and want to make a difference to the lives of others. Applying your skills from your Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, you are comfortable with domestic duties, and providing personal care when needed. Your ability to articulate clearly and confidently makes communication your strength. You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome. Most importantly, you have a professional approach to providing customer service, and are committed to the provision of a truly person-centred care.
