The successful applicants will have a choice of work location across our Victorian and Tasmanian offices with some travel required across all our locations.
Permanent, Full time. Approximately Salary 98K + Salary packaging and Superannuation
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to the development of organisational attraction strategies and build our brand-based employee value proposition. Leading a team of 3 recruitment coordinators, this role will focus on establishing comprehensive and streamlined recruitment and onboarding workflows, capitalising on a newly implemented HRIS.
Focusing on the candidate and hiring manager experience, the successful person will be detail oriented, with a keen interest in developing talent pipelines and with a keen interest to work closely with organisational leaders to build their capacity in best practice recruitment initiatives.
