Who we are looking for:

You will be able to identify, plan and execute activities which relate to the growth of the organisation in target markets and segments. You will also be able to operate under a high level of autonomy to identify, develop and deliver new business opportunities to the organisation which are successfully implemented.

In this role you will:

• Develop a new client pipeline by building strong relationships with sources of referral which may include Support Coordinators, local community groups, NDIS, State Government, peak bodies, health organisations and advocacy groups.
• Build, develop and foster existing and new customer relationships by leveraging your expertise to identify and deliver solutions to stakeholders.
• Deliver technical knowledge on transactions and product knowledge that enables the growth and development within the greater area of QLD.
• Manage required projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, delivery and administration within required timeframes.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including service development, operations and strategic marketing and communications resources to understand and progress our response to the opportunities in the market including potential clients and referral organisations.

Essential skills required

• A minimum higher degree qualification in marketing, business or relevant human services speciality (postgraduate highly regarded) or experience deemed to be the equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience working in a related role.
• Human service industry experience.
