THE PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Developing strategies to maintain and grow our partnerships program.
  • Nurturing and enhancing existing relationships and initiating and developing new ones.

  • Representing PCFML at conferences and events, as well as presenting to partners, both remotely and in-person.
  • Providing insight into budgets alongside the CEO and on-ground program coordinators.
  • Working closely with the Individual Giving Program Manager and Engagement Coordinator to deliver an integrated development strategy.

IDEALLY, WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WITH:

  • A desire to create long-term change for the ocean and the people who rely on it for survival.
  • A proven track-record and passion to inspire giving.
  • A proven ability to work in a team while maintaining autonomy and stewardship of your program.
  • The ability to project and deliver on realistic targets, meet performance indicators and continuously strive to exceed them.
  • A flair for creating and delivering innovative, big picture partnership strategies to inspire support and investment.
  • 5+ years experience in fundraising and business development.

ADDITIONALLY, WE’LL FAVOUR CANDIDATES WHO:

  • Have significant partnerships experience - understanding the methods and nuances of a high-value partnerships program.
  • Have experience working with a diverse range of Australian and international organisations, both in person and in a virtual context.
  • Understand and have experience working on similar issues to those that our projects are focused on.
  • Have the capacity to travel regularly both within Australia and internationally.

ROLE AND REMUNERATION:

This position is a senior role within PCFML and will commence on a full time, 12-month contract. For the right person we are offering a salary of $90,000 - $110,000 (inclusive of Superannuation). The PCFML team works internationally, however this position is based in Australia. Generous leave allowances, as well as travel and expense subsidies are also included in this package.
