We are looking for a System Support Lead (SSL) to be the voice, the ears and the personality of our system, Comm.care, promoting Comm.care across the sector and providing support and guidance to our customers.

As our SSO, you will be someone with a passion for problem solving and excellent customer service skills. As well as being available to provide front end support to our customers, you will be responsible for developing our customer support resources including webinars, blogs and online tutorials.

Initially the role will be offered at 20 hours a week with the vision to eventually increase hours and come on board as a long term member of the team, with exciting opportunities for growth as the company expands.

We are a virtual workplace, so you can work from home, flexibility in terms of hours is negotiable. High level computer proficiency and reliable internet connection is expected. If you are based in Blue Mountains / Western Sydney there will be opportunities for in person co-working.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Manage our customers’ journey from signup to upload claims to PRODA. You make sure they have everything they need to successfully use the Comm.care system;
  • You will become the face of Comm.care. Together with the support of the broader Phyx team, you will develop training resources including videos, webinars and demos to show the world how awesome our solutions are;
  • You will be able apply your front line knowledge of the NDIS sector to identify a customer’s specific needs and refer them to the appropriate aspects of the Comm.Care System;
  • You will build rapport with our customers and be able to report back on their experiences and collate feedback so that we can continue to refine our service;

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and build relationships across the NDIS sector;
  • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to inspire client confidence;
  • Capacity to clearly explain complex information;
  • Active listening skills and a commitment to understanding the needs of our customers;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Familiarity working across current NDIS case management systems and databases;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Familiarity with remote working technologies such as video conferencing;

Pay will be equivalent to SCHAADS level 4/5 ($35.63 - $42.48 p/h) commensurate with experience.
