Seed is Australia's first and only Indigenous Youth Climate Network. We are building a movement for climate justice led by and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, together with impacted communities, to win campaigns that protect our country, culture and the climate. Since we launched in 2014, Seed has grown from a handful of First Nations young people to a national grassroots network of over 250 volunteers leading change in their communities across the country. We believe that First Nations leadership and self-determination is critical in building and sustaining strong, resilient communities where everyone can thrive.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant will provide executive and administration support to the CEO, as well as support and assistance to the Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership Team as required.

In this role you will possess strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills supported by a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ideally, you will be willing and able to travel (in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions) and obtain a Working with Children Check or state/territory equivalent. Relevant tertiary qualification and/or other relevant qualifications, experience in a not-for-profit setting and/or experience working in a politically sensitive environment or complex organisation would be desirable.
