Youth Development Specialist / Case Manager

Phoenix House Youth Services Inc.

about us

Phoenix House is a youth service based on Crows Nest providing case management, education, therapeutic, and accommodation support to young people (aged 12 – 24) in the Northern Sydney area. We employ a multidisciplinary team of professional, enthusiastic and passionate staff. We have developed a fully integrated, wrap-around service model based on our three key objectives: LEARN READY, WORK READY, and LIFE READY.

Phoenix House provides case management to young people who may require additional support to maximise their potential and achieve client-centred goals. We deliver services from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach utilising evidence-based practices to ensure we are providing meaningful support to our young people.

We provide educational programs for young people who may have disengaged from mainstream education or require additional support to meet their educational objectives. Our flexible and innovative approach to learning "engages the disengaged " by closely supporting them with our case management team. We also provide Work Ready and Living Skills programs to support young people in developing the necessary skills and knowledge to enter the workforce and live independently.

Therapeutic specialists are onsite to offer mental health support to our clients. Phoenix Wellbeing Service also provides education programs to young people, parents, and professionals about mental health, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.

Our staff are our most valuable asset, and we believe that if you look after your staff, they will look after our clients. We support our staff through regular supervision and encourage professional development.
