We are seeking a person with innovation, energy and commitment to take up the role of Volunteer Program Leader and join our friendly interdisciplinary team.

Peninsula Home Hospice (PHH) is a not- for -profit community palliative care organisation that provides specialist health care and practical support in the home to people living with a progressive life limiting illness and their families and friends.

We have a group of skilled and dedicated volunteers who are an integral part of our palliative care team.

With excellent organisational and communication skills you will provide leadership and co-ordination of the volunteers throughout their journey with PHH from volunteer opportunity realisation, recruitment, ongoing supervision, wellbeing, development and departure. Ensuring the integration of volunteers within the organisation and expanding their range of roles.

As a member of the leadership team you will contribute to the development and implementation of both short and long term program plans. You will be responsible for implementing volunteer management systems and ensuring compliance with organisational policy and processes.
