Covering from South Mordialloc through to Mornington Peninsula, we are a not for profit organisation providing specialist palliative care in the home.We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic Div1 Nurse with excellent communication skills, dedicated to making a difference.

Working within a multidisciplinary team the role provides direct care to clients and their caregivers along the palliative care trajectory. This includes assessment, ongoing care planning and nursing care. The role requires established work practices, a commitment to palliative care and the ability to work independently with guidance and support from a dependable nursing team.
