What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to work with a diverse range of families and their children with developmental delays and/or disabilities from 0-18 years of age across the Peninsula Health communities, who have NDIS funding in place. The role focuses on family-centred, strength-based practice in natural settings. Hours may be negotiable.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Qualification in Psychology and maintain current full registration with AHPRA
• Experience providing evidence–based therapy services to children with disabilities and their families within the community sector including group work
• Established skills and commitment to working in child-centred and family-focused practices including skills in working with vulnerable and disadvantaged families
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the principles of consumer-directed care
