Recruitment & Onboarding Officer - State Office

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to provide a broad range of support to our HR Team at our State Office location in Tingalpa. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding of new employees across the business. If you have experience in HR support or recruiting, then we want to hear from you!

Your New Role

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be required to undertake a variety of HR administrative tasks to support the everyday operations of the HR Team in a fast paced environment. This includes developing adverts, updating position description, creating letters of offer, onboarding employees details into our database (TechnologyOne) and contributing to projects.

About You

  • Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies to all applicants
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar HR or recruitment role
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Please note: All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
