We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Program/Project Coordinator to assist in the successful development and implementation of our Braking the Cycle program at our Napranum location. Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours. The aim of the program is to provide young people with increased employment opportunities and driver education.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for building effective networks and developing partnerships with community organisations to ensure the continuity of the BTC program and to improve youth development. The role also supports the Youth Club Manager in daily operational management of the Club and provides appropriate referrals for program participants to relevant community organisations.
Please note - this position does not come with any accommodation and rental accommodation is not readily available in the Napranum or Weipa communities.
