We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Fundraising Specialist - Individual Giving to join our newly formed Fundraising team. Your New Role

A newly created role, we’re seeking a Fundraising Specialist to join our team and help deliver our new fundraising strategy.

With a keen eye on acquisition and donor loyalty, our new Fundraising Specialist - Individual Giving will be a pivotal team member, executing key strategies across multiple channels.

Working collaboratively with the Fundraising & Engagement Manager, and our digital marketers, designers and writers, you’ll be responsible for our bringing together the many moving parts of our annual appeals. This may include direct mail, email and SMS, and, at times, you’ll be speaking on the phone to our valued supporters about the status of, or impact of their gifts.

You’ll bring to our organisation well developed project management skills. Tech-savvy, you’ll be experienced using a relationship management database, and proficient in O365.

The successful candidate will be tertiary educated and have three or more years relevant experience in a charity, or perhaps a non-for-profit, or member-based association.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or similar, and a minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant fundraising role.
  • Demonstrated fundraising capabilities, including traditional fundraising and digital fundraising management.
  • Demonstrated experience in donor relations and cultivation tools and programs.  

Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies. All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
