We are currently seeking passionate and driven Customer Service Coordinator to join us at one of our PCYC Leadership Development Centre - Bornhoffen. If you have a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service in an adventure-based and experiential learning environment, then we want you!
Reporting to the Bornhoffen Manager, you will responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service by providing timely and responsive information to and from all customers and Bornhoffen departments. The role is also responsible for providing financial coordination to the Bornhoffen management team across all departments.
We are a not-for-profit organisation aiming to build safer and healthier communities. We focus on young people's personal and leadership development by offering state-wide programs, services and facilities through 54 Youth Clubs, two Leadership Development Centres, two Activity Centres and 113 Outside School Hours Care Services.
