We are now seeking an experienced Work, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager to manage WHS system development and embed a pro-active, mission aligned safety culture across all PCYC sites and activities.
The WHS Manager provides enterprise-level leadership and oversight of Work, Health & Safety across all PCYC NSW sites. You will build on established WHS foundations to deliver the next phase of system development, embed proactive risk management and lead the ongoing development of a strong safety culture.
This role has a broad organisational mandate to design and implement fit for purpose frameworks, tools, and governance that support a diverse network of clubs, OOSH services and youth programs across NSW.

Established in 1937, PCYC NSW is a life-changing charity collaborating with communities and NSW Police to empower youth, get kids active in life, and reduce and prevent youth crime. We operate over 65 clubs and 17 OOSH services across NSW, with a vision for continued growth.
Our programs engage over 70,000 young people through sport, recreation, education, leadership, and cultural initiatives, while also supporting at-risk youth to break the cycle of disadvantage.
You are an experienced WHS professional with a strong track record leading safety across complex, multi-site environments. You bring a deep knowledge of WHS legislation, strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to influence leaders, guide teams and embed a proactive safety culture
