Job Description
This position is an opportunity to join the Strategy team and help lead and manage the development of strategy, partnerships, and grant investments for the Foundation. Using a rigorous analytical approach and thoughtful stakeholder engagement, this role supports the Foundation’s development priorities and goals to enable the Foundation to fulfil its aspiration to break cycles of disadvantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support team members to develop impactful partnership and investment strategies and programs toward outcome areas of focus for the Foundation
- Develop impactful and implementable proposals for grant investment based on research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- Working with others, identify and develop partnerships ready for investment, conducting full end to end analysis, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, due-diligence, evaluation approach
- Support the development and use of practices and tools for program and proposal development across the foundation
- Manage relationships with potential partners and networks, with a focus on priority areas for the Foundation
- Contribute to knowledge, research, advocacy, and other priorities for the Foundation as required
- Other duties, as requested

- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and deliver results in challenging timeframes
- Ability to engage appropriately with communities and beneficiaries, with cultural understanding
- Relevant undergraduate qualification or commensurate experience
