Pathways to Care currently operate in Loddon, Inner and Outer Eastern Melbourne, Western Melbourne and Goulburn NDIS regions, and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the operations of the team, and support the organisations growth strategy across 4 sites in Victoria.

About the Role:

The focus of the HR role is to provide generalist advice and delivery of key HR projects aligned to HR strategy. Reporting to the Director – Human Resources and Quality, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment of various positions across the organisation
  • Providing generalist HR advice to staff and managers/team leaders
  • Delivery of various HR projects including, induction and onboarding, retention and talent management, systems implementation in conjunction with the Operations Manager
  • Input into HR strategy

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Experience interpreting industrial instruments
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • HR, Business or similar qualifications
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving and growing organisation, and seek out opportunities for improvement
  • A team player and confidence to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, customer service focus and ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation
  • Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence

Immediate start to right candidate.

We are open to this role being a contractor role, or employee model. Salary will be negotiated based on experience. This role could be located in either Melbourne or Bendigo.
