We are embarking on an exciting phase with the implementation of a new Client Management System (CMS) across our organisation. The System Support Officer role will be the internal lead of the initial implementation of the CMS and will then provide the ongoing management and development of the system.
This role will be responsible for initial and ongoing configuration of CMS environments, the development of internal and external reporting capabilities within the system and the coordination of and support to internal system users.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience working in a similar role incorporating project/system implementation, development and delivery of staff training and ongoing support.
