Palmerston Association is a leading and respected not for profit organisation supporting people with alcohol and other drug treatment across Western Australia. Our corporate team is energetic, hardworking and passionate about our organisation. This is a rare opportunity in the NFP sector where you are able to play a key role in the design and implementation of a range of human resources initiatives.

We are currently looking for an experienced Advisor to join our small team. This role will provide professional advice and support to our staff members across all Palmerston locations. The People and Culture team are based in Subiaco and we adopt flexibility in all aspects of work. The core functions of the role are operational engagement, capacity building, developing learning and development schedules, data analysis and reporting. This will include training for key staff across range of areas including recruitment and selection, managing performance, job design and description reviews.

To be considered for this role you will bring with you excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders. We welcome creative thinking and enthusiasm. This role is offered on either a part or full time basis.
