PalCare is a private Australian owned and operated company, specialising in the provision of secure web-based patient information management systems to specialist Palliative Care service providers across Australia and New Zealand. Since 2003 we have been proudly developing and operating our systems and services.

We work with organisations and vendor partners to enable information sharing, coordination, and management of multidisciplinary Palliative Care services.

Our modest CBD based team is looking to expand project and client liaison capability as it expands its platform and service delivery. Do you have proven experience in:

  • Electronic Medical/Health Record Project Delivery
  • Change Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Support
  • Clinical Service Delivery
  • Vendor Relationship/Client Support

You will bring your health sector and technology project experience, including implementation, deployment and reporting skills to the table. Possessing an eye for detail, discretion, diplomacy and the ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels will be key to clearly plan and lead project activities from concept through to implementation.

If you have a successful history of project delivery within public and private healthcare delivery organisations, a proven record of driving successful clinical workforce outcomes and working effectively with multidisciplinary health services, this role could be for you.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Strong project management skills, including experience coordinating multiple projects and tasks
  • An understanding of the privacy requirements and the sensitivities of working with health information
  • Be comfortable with working in complex health settings, specifically palliative care
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically the use and management of digital credentials
  • Drivers licence and own car
  • Qualifications and/or extensive experience in either health care, education or related health field
  • Formal project management related qualifications not essential
