The Role:

  • Managing and leading across a highly capable and diverse team who are working across marketing services, media, internal comms and advocacy
  • Ownership and implementation of the business wide marketing strategy which is inclusive of multiple brands
  • Oversight of a fast moving, customer centric campaign calendar with macro understanding of the industry so that strategy is always up to date and relevant
  • Leadership across the business inclusive of management of key stakeholders both internally and externally. Representation of CPL out in market.
  • Heavy focus on data driven strategy and integrated digital analytics to educate the strategy of the team; this team loves to be at the forefront of mar-tech.
  • Providing creative vision and direction for the team

You:

  • Confident and passionate leader who has had experience managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. Whilst this role is highly strategic, you are comfortable to lead by example across all functions
  • With a customer centric focus, you are always engaged with your audience and understand your customer feed back and trends, particularly around CPL initiatives.
  • Throughout your career, you have developed an impressive portfolio of best practice; with this, you will bring to the team new ideas, new vision and different approaches to marketing strategy
  • CPL is uniquely placed to impact the sector with advocacy and social impact; you are comfortable in driving this forward for the organisation
  • As a prolific networker and communicator, you are consistently promoting the brand and amazing work of CPL

Understanding of the disability and not-for-profit sector would be highly regarded
