OzHarvest is currently expanding and seeking a vibrant individual to join the team as the new Development Services Executive. This position will be full-time based out of our Alexandria office.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Manage our internal Salesforce platform with a focus on propensity modelling and identifying opportunities
• Develop donor stewardship and acknowledgement protocols, including supporting the build of online journeys
• Fundraising reporting and training for internal teams
• Assist with market & Prospect research & donor event planning

Successful candidates will be:

• Highly experienced in Salesforce, both from a strategic and development capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be exceptionally skilled in data
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
