An exciting opportunity is now open for an experienced Team Leader to join our OzChild team. Ideally we would like a Social Worker to work in this capacity with an understanding of Family Law .

The Family Law Services Team leader supports a team of 4 practitioners and mediators delivering an integrated, wrap around, trauma-informed service to families accessing Family Law Services. It holds a critical role focussed on providing effective and efficient mediation and family dispute resolution.
You will work closely with our children’s contact service and benefit from a collaborative culture based on recognition and continuous learning.
Our office is based at the end of the Great Ocean Road close to whale watching, rocky shores and some of the most dramatic coastal landscape in the country.
