OzChild has been supporting vulnerable children, young people and families for nearly 170 years, we aim to deliver services that work and recognise our success is enabled through the effort of both our front-line services and support staff and continuously seek to improve what we do.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our progressive team. The Senior Accountant will work closely with our Finance & planning team and our specialist divisions to deliver a range of services and meet the financial and business needs of our organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance & Planning, the Senior Accountant is based in our South Melbourne National Support Office (currently working from home ). You will be a key member of the Finance & Planning team responsible for high-quality financial analysis and accurate and timely visibility of financial performance.
You will lead the production of annual accounts, audit coordination and acquittals. As the Senior Accountant, you will also represent the Senior Manager Finance and Planning in their absence.
