Your role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialist technical advice in the implementation of frameworks for risk, quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and business continuity.

Whilst you will be focused on ensuring that OzChild meets its compliance and certification requirements, you will be solution focused and pragmatic in your approach.

You will build effective relationships in the way you listen, enquire, learn and then act to deliver fit for purpose solutions.

We seek an individual who won’t just ensure compliance but will be innovative, and support OzChild’s growth and reputation as a sector innovator.

What you will do:

  • Supports the business to meet certification and accreditation requirements
  • Conduct regular internal audits and facilitate external audits
  • Monitor and improve organisational quality
  • Support the implementation of frameworks for risk, quality, compliance, complaints, continuous improvement and business continuity

Who we are looking for:

  • Tertiary Qualification, could be science, arts, social work, engineering, business administration or health and safety
  • Experience in a similar role is most important, expert understanding regarding an organisations obligations in child protection and across the sector
  • Business partnering would be advantageous
  • A problem solver who can deliver solutions
  • A warm and engaging customer focused approach

OzChild offers:

  • Part time hours, 9-5, permanent
  • 0.8 which equates to 30.4 hours per week or 4 days
