Staying true to one of our strategic goals of growing our reach, OzChild is now a national organisation, providing vital services to support and strengthen children, young people and families in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and the ACT.
The OzChild family tree will continue to grow and flourish as we strive to achieve our vision: that all children and young people are safe, respected, nurtured and able to reach their full potential.
If you want to be part of an organisation that works hard every day to provide a better future for those in our care with the belief that every child and young person deserves the chance to shine then look no further, we have an amazing opportunity for you.
We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our OzChild team, to be that pivotal leader to manage operations of multiple programs.
This will be an exceptional opportunity as the Program Manager to drive the operational delivery of services, outcomes and improvement.
This role focuses on the oversight, support, and management of a suite of evidence-based programs which are internationally recognised as providing beneficial outcomes for children, young people and those who care for them when delivered with fidelity. The Program Manager will drive the day-to-day operational delivery of services, outcomes, and improvement for OzChild’s Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services. The programs delivered are Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare, Functional family Therapy – Youth Justice and Foster Care. The incumbent will lead the focus on identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement informed through business analysis; they will represent the program and its team with internal and external stakeholders in line with OzChild culture and behaviours and implement risk management and compliance frameworks consistent with the policies and values of OzChild.
